The cost of stationery such as pens, ink, files and other office supplies is 100 % deductible as business expenses. The condition is that you use the office materials for your business activities. You can also easily claim expenses for photocopiers, business cards, card index boxes, filing strips, scissors or punching machines as business expenses.
